Onsite Health Coach Dietician

This position is dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving their personal health goals through evidence-based dietary guidance, personalized nutrition plans, and ongoing support. • Assess nutritional needs of individuals or groups through health evaluations and dietary analysis.
• Develop personalized meal plans tailored to medical conditions, lifestyle, and health goals.
• Provide counseling on healthy eating habits, weight management, and disease prevention.
• Monitor progress and adjust dietary plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
• Educate patients and the public on nutrition, food choices, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams (e.g., physicians, nurses, therapists) to integrate nutrition into overall care plans.
• Create educational materials and lead workshops or seminars on nutrition topics.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and dietary regulations in food service settings.
• Conduct research and stay current with nutritional science and dietary trends.
• Support community outreach and wellness initiatives promoting public health.Success in this role is fueled by a genuine passion for educating and empowering individuals and groups to make informed dietary choices through engaging workshops, resources, and counseling.. Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing motivational interviewing techniques to support behavior change.
• Health Coach certification, or a related credential such as a nutrition certification or a degree in nutrition or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote.
• Valid and current driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Willingness to work onsite at the customer's worksite five days a week, with occasional availability outside of standard business hours.Preferred Qualifications
• National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)
• American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Health Coach

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,597.00 - $101,228.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
