And we do it all with heart, each and every day.As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in executing the organization's strategy initiatives for Medical Pharmacy and support Network Management with external questions on Medical Pharmacy. You will leverage your expertise to provide insight to the Network Management Team on Medical Pharmacy policy and pricing. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help assist with the prioritization of the Medical Pharmacy strategy and program implementation.Job will include:

• Support the with cross-functional teams and assist with the prioritization of the Medical Pharmacy strategy and program implementation.
• Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's goals, utilizing data analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform key decision-making and positioning strategies.
• Assist with establishing Market Rates for Medical Pharmacy Products on a quarterly basis to ensure consistency in the organizational pricing.
• Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management, strategy, or a related field.
• Experience with Medical Pharmacy products and related product trends.
• Strong execution and delivery skills, including planning, implementation, and support.
• Experience in business intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and analytical problem-solving.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Understanding the Pharmacy landscape and pricing.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of professional work experience and education.
