Join a team responsible for developing and executing network and mail pricing at CVS Health, a Fortune company. As a Manager (Individual Contributor), you will lead the build and submission of pricing outputs for new and renewing PBM clients, supporting all delivery systems and adjudication platforms.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze, and submit pricing outputs for client renewals and new business across all lines of business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, IT, Implementations, Benefits, and department leaders, as well as directly with clients, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing business support.
- Manage projects to meet aggressive timelines and revenue goals, using strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Provide technical expertise in claims adjudication, business rules, network structures, and testing support.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting using advanced MS Excel functions (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
- Design and improve standard operating procedures and tools to enhance team efficiency and turnaround times.
- Resolve complex challenges through effective communication and relationship-building with internal and external partners.

- 5+ years of operational experience within PBM or Health Care industry
Industry and Technical Experience:
- 8+ years PBM or Health Care industry experience
- Knowledge of network programs and procedures, including retail pharmacy operations and claims adjudication
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Access database experience
- Intermediate to advance proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Proven project management knowledge or hands-on experience managing multiple projects
- Operations experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- Strong time management skills with accountability for multiple, staggered deliverables
- Advanced interpersonal skills, with a record of successful cross-team collaboration
- Effective communication skills - able to convey information clearly in both formal and informal settings, written and verbal, at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Full timePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
