And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryAetna's Revenue Integrity team is hiring Mgr, Business Consultants to support our growing risk adjustment efforts.Designs enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional solutions to address business efficiencies. This work results in initiatives that significantly impact departmental strategy, enabling the organization to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers.Assists in managing the day-to-day complex business consultation services to support the organization's goals and objectives.Implements processes and assignments for research, collecting, analyzing, and compiling data and information for the business consulting department reports.Assesses files, reports, and financial records, and manages department record retention.Communicates results by presenting findings through dashboards, reports, or visualizations to help decision-makers.Provides exceptional customer service by responding to internal and external inquiries, resolving issues, or appropriately redirecting requests as needed.Confers internally and externally with clients and senior management regarding the organization's goals and objectives.Delivers advice to the organization regarding current business trends and best practices by preparing analyses for senior management, stakeholders, and clients.Helps establish and implement strategic review processes ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and high-performance standards are upheld.Work from home anywhere in the United StatesRequired Qualifications2 plus years of healthcare experience.3 plus years of working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Athena, or other reporting and data visualization tools.3 plus years of analytical skills for interpreting healthcare data, financial reports, and regulatory requirements.Computer proficiency including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).Practiced problem solving and decision making skills.Adept at collaboration and teamwork. Work from home anywhere in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications5-7 years work experience or specialized degree.
Experience with Medicare and/or Commercial and/or Medicaid Risk Adjustment process and Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) preferred.

Ability to leverage knowledge of statistics and computer science to support data-driven decision-making.EducationBachelor's degree preferred specialized training/relevant professional qualification, or equivalent work experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
