As an Automation Digital Product Mgr within the Automation Team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and supporting the development of automation opportunities from inception to implementation. By collaborating with diverse business groups across the enterprise, you will evaluate potential automation initiatives and gather detailed requirements and testing plans. This approach will enhance operational efficiency and improve satisfaction for both members and clients.In this position, you will be supporting the entire lifecycle of automation opportunities, from evaluation and design to execution and delivery. Your expertise will contribute to the collaborative efforts of all automation resources, ensuring the creation of effective and innovative solutions. - Intake, Feasibility Assessment and Discovery:
- Support the feasibility assessments for potential automation opportunities, analyzing business needs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather and document feasibility artifacts, including problem statement, scope of automation, business requirements and process flows ensuring alignment with business objectives to facilitate informed go/no-go decision-making.
- Identify additional potential opportunities for automations
- Effort Estimation:
- Estimate the time required for suporting automation solutions including requirements gathering and testing efforts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate the complexity and feasibility of proposed automation initiatives.
- Opportunity Lifecycle Management:
- Support the automation team throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, by gathering detailed requirements, testing the solution and supporting the end-to-end process.
- Maintain timely communication with stakeholders regarding requirements gathering progress and testing status and necessary adjustments.
- Support and Collaboration:
- Provide ongoing support to both business and automation teams throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of automation solutions.
- Automation Performance Monitoring:
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of implemented automation solutions.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and identify areas for further improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in automation and product management.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging feedback and fostering innovation.
- Extensive Business Analysis and Product Management Experience: Over 5 years of business analysis experience supporting automation products, specializing in RPA and related automation technologies, with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple products concurrently.
- Process Analysis and Digital Transformation: Expertise in process analysis, digital transformation, and optimization, with a focus on conducting feasibility assessments and identifying automation opportunities.
- Agile Methodologies Proficiency: Experienced in Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development practices, utilizing tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA to enhance project efficiency.
- Effective Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex processes, troubleshoot challenges, and define innovative solutions.
- Commitment to Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated pssion for continuous learning and improvement, with a solid understanding of change management principles to facilitate successful automation adoption.
- Data Analysis and Process Mapping Expertise: Proficient in process mapping and skilled in utilizing tools such as Power BI to analyze data and monitor project performance metrics.
- Relevant Certifications: Holder of key certifications, including Business Analysis, RPA or Agile methodologies, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and best practices.
- Industry-Specific Experience: Extensive experience in sectors where RPA is widely adopted, including finance, healthcare, and manufacturing, with specialized knowledge in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) and retail pharmacy operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

The typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
