Marketing Senior Manager - CVS Specialty

As a Senior Manager for CVS Specialty Marketing, you will be responsible for building brand awareness and cultivating behavior with our B2B and B2C customers to drive profitable growth for our core businesses. This role requires expertise and knowledge of digital marketing strategies and communication channel standard methodologies to develop the overarching strategic marketing plan - rooted in data, customer insights, and outcomes focused-and lead a small team that owns the go-to-market execution.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Leading a small team with ability to articulate and manage expectations on direction, resources, and support to drive business goals; proactively guide and develop talent to build a high performing team and foster career growth.
- Developing and executing on comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business awareness and retention targets for CVS Specialty. This includes brand positioning and narrative development, internal and external communication plans, marketing collateral development and channel mix to drive maximum results for patients, payors, and providers.
- Partnering closely with the business to identify and align on business priorities and ensure the plan is implemented by engaging effectively with the internal and external subject matter experts.
- Delivering effective measurement plans leveraging campaign data, audience insights, market research, industry-knowledge, and best-practices to form the most effective approaches to engage target audiences and drive demand.
- Communicating with business partners on plans and performance in a continuous improvement cycle to meet and exceed goals.
- 8+ years Digital Marketing experience, including ecommerce, direct response, and consumer experience
- 3+ years of previous experience driving digital transformation and developing integrated marketing communications
- Knowledge of Healthcare, Pharma, and/or PBM industry a plus
- Strong team and relationship management skills with demonstrated strength in developing talent
- Proven track record of the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners
- Creative problem solver who can provide mentorship to the team, as well incorporate new insights into plans and act decisively and independently
- Demonstrated cross functional collaboration
- Ability to use and master leading digital and analytic tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc)
- Experience with developing test and learn innovative solutions to enhance effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Solid quantitative skills the work process, when needed, from ideation to go-to-market; someone that can "figure it out" in a manner that drives to action
- Broad business acumen, including experience [or familiarity with MarTech stack and tools (Adobe suite, SFMC)]
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) requiredPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
