The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing tactical plans for the Dental, Vision, and Voluntary (DVV)
benefits portfolio & Student Health. This role will support hands-on project execution to drive awareness, engagement, and growth across
multiple market segments, including small group, middle market, and national accounts.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative marketer with a strong understanding of the healthcare benefits landscape and experience
managing cross-functional initiatives. This role will focus on content development, project management, and stakeholder alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning
- Contribute to annual marketing planning and roadmap development for DVV & Student Health.
- Support the creation and refinement of go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
- Participate in leadership check-ins and cross-functional alignment meetings.
- Leverage market research and competitive insights to inform strategy and messaging.Marketing Execution & Content Development
- Develop creative briefs and manage the end-to-end production of marketing assets (e.g., flyers, sell sheets, digital content).
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and brand alignment.
- Maintain and update marketing materials in response to compliance or product changes.
- Support onboarding and open enrollment communications in collaboration with vendorsProject & Operations Management
- Maintain asset inventories and shared repositories (e.g., Highspot).
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and product lines.
- Strong communications skills with an ability to create and deliver updates to executive leaders.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, creative production, and vendor management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DVV product lines and the Aetna ecosystem.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing efforts.
- Comfort working in a matrixed organization with shifting priorities.Education

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
