And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Scrum Master to plan and guide technology projects to improve technical capabilities related to technical project management, software lifecycle methods, testing, quality control, and project rollout, and serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects; plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage, monitoring progress against deadlines, standards, and targets; develop project plans including requirements documentation, business process flows, outcome diagrams, PI planning, story refinement, creation of definitions, demonstrations, and project governance; identify project needs through direct product analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of internal and external environmental influences and competitive pressures, and incorporate results into product roadmap and overall product strategy; conduct fact-finding and independent research to design creative, progressive technology solutions for software issues; execute queries with data processing applications to generate key data points needed to explain technology project development and implementation to management stakeholders; leverage expertise with SAFe Agile methodologies, Scrum tool Jira, API mapping and Project Management Tools such as CA Clarity PPM, Rally, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and MS Office Suite; provide cross-functional project support including writing business requirements, user stories, features, and acceptance criteria, test plans and cases, production implementation and post-production validation; identify and address technology and analytics dependencies across teams and work with stakeholders to ensure accountability and successful project completion according to scoped requirements; develop metrics and procedures to assess progress and ensure projects remain within specified cost, schedule, scope, and quality objectives; support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities; and collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices. Multiple positions.Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following: Software development lifecycle (SDLC); Software development best practices; Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; Writing application code and deploying to production; Contributing to large-scale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects; Domain support for healthcare or retail organization; Working with UI/UX teams to develop wireframes and prototypes based on end user feedback and human centered design; Healthcare data management processes and techniques, including data standards, interoperability, and proper data privacy; Supporting large data, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives; and MS Excel, including writing advanced Excel formulas and using conditional, vlookups/hlookups, sorting and filtering, array formulas, and VBA macros, pivot reporting, and conditional formatting.Pay Range: $120994.00/year to $196000.00/year.This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
