- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and client managers, to gather and document requirements for new features or updates.
- Assist in creating and maintaining product backlogs and roadmaps.
- Work with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Attends Demos and validate that product features meet defined requirements.
- Provide ongoing release support
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline product management workflows.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in product management.

- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role
- In depth understanding of Clinical/Utilization Management concepts like Prior Authorization

- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $119,340.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
