And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryThe Manager, Activate Local Strategic Enablement will lead key initiatives that drive clarity, alignment, and engagement that support pharmacy operations and field execution within our CoE locations as part of the Activate Local team within the Pharmacy Health Services portfolio on Rx Growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing communication and talent strategies, crafting compelling storytelling for senior leadership, and overseeing the Activate Local communication framework. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and collaborative partner who can translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable messaging.Key Responsibilities

- Communication Strategy:
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive field communication roadmap, ensuring timely, relevant, and aligned messaging across all channels. - Storytelling & Executive Communication:
Own the creation of senior leadership presentation decks, internal updates, and visual storytelling that highlight impact and progress. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with field leaders, CSC partners, and enterprise teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy. - Activate Local Oversight:
Manage communication planning and execution for Activate Local, ensuring field teams are informed, engaged, and empowered. - Talent Strategy:
Partner with leadership to support talent development, engagement, and succession planning initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, operations, or program management
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong writing, editing, and polished executive-level presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience developing executive-level content and communication strategies
- Ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Easily able to work with people in and outside of your immediate team; and can strengthen the relationship every chance you work with a new partner
- Open to feedback and continuous learnings to become a subject matter expert
- Experience in pharmacy or healthcare operations
- Familiarity with CVS systems and tools (e.g., RxConnect, Workday, Microsoft 365)
- Background in change management, organizational development, or internal communications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, SHRM, Communication) preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
