The Manager, Pricing contributes to the development and refinement of pricing frameworks across the Patient Recruitment/RWE product portfolio, applying industry best practices and market intelligence to deliver compelling, cost-effective proposals. This position plays a key role in pre-sales strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing excellence and commercial success.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of recruitment/RWE budgets by analyzing patient population data, site capabilities and therapeutic area benchmarks.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining pricing standards and methodologies across all commercial opportunities within the Patient Recruitment/RWE portfolio.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Feasibility, Recruitment Operations and Solutions Strategy teams to align pricing strategies with operational realities and client goals.
- Contribute to the proposal development process by delivering accurate, timely and strategic pricing inputs.
- Help improve pricing tools, models, and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
- Present pricing recommendations and insights to internal stakeholders and clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- 5+ years of experience in Client Services/Consulting.
- 5 + years of strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- 5 + years of proficiency in Access/Excel and pricing tools; experience with CRM or proposal management systems is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience using object-oriented programming
- 5+ years' experience in database development (SQL)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, Computer Sciences, or a related field.

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $119,340.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
