Manager, Pharmacy Product Development - Health Engagement and Access

And we do it all with heart, each and every day.We are looking for a manager that will be deeply engaged in designing, developing, and leading the implementation of health engagement and access strategic efforts for Retail Pharmacy grounded in public and population health methodologies. In this role, you will support the Senior Manager with driving the design of efficient, equitable clinical workflows and strategic insights through data-driven decisions to improve patient access and outcomes. This role will work cross functionality across enterprise teams to enhance retail products and capabilities. Main Roles and Responsibilities may include:
- Design clinical workflows and patient journeys for product/service development
- Support business case and strategy development
- Oversee the successful delivery of timely, accurate analyses for program implementation
- Develop presentations for leadership teams, key stakeholders and partners
The ideal candidate brings a combination strategic and tactical problem-solving skills who understands what it takes to drive tangible change, can create a sense of urgency, make decisions quickly, and effectively influence others. This person should be able to demonstrate:
- Demonstrates structured and analytical thinking, with a strong ability to identify and articulate business challenges, while maintaining a deep commitment to patient-centricity and customer focus.
- Understanding of community health access and engagement lens and prior experience in population health
- Solid relationship-building skills and the ability to foster effective working relationships across a cross-functional team
- Can-do attitude and agility: must be able to function well in a "start-up" like environment
- Going beyond expectations by thinking proactively with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Intellectual curiosity and tenacity with ability and willingness to learn
- Advanced project management and software application skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)

- 3+ years of experience leading work across stakeholders beyond immediate team and operating within a matrix environment
- 1+ years of experience influencing stakeholders and navigating change in complex, large-scale organizations
- 1+ years of experience building presentations for leadership teams or customers/clients
- 3+ years of experience in product design and development for healthcare
- 3+ years of experience owning, management, and prioritizing a portfolio
- Pharmacy experience (RPh or previous history of working in pharmacy systems)
- Experience working in innovation and/or incubation settings
- Change management experience is highly desired
- Demonstrated knowledge of public health/population health and demographic trends, social determinants of health frameworks and systemic and social drivers of health equity
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to think strategically and support with influencing business decisions from data analyses
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPP, MPH, MHA, PharmD, MSN/APRN or equivalent) strongly preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
