And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Network Engineer to Install, configure, and maintain computer networks and operating systems. Duties include: perform computer system and network monitoring to verify the integrity of servers and systems and recommend updates; provide day-to-day coordination of activities pertaining to project direction, planning, estimation, project health, reporting, and issue resolution, and collaborate with key stakeholders to meet project goals; configure, monitor, and maintain hardware and software components including User Management and Plug-in Management for Jenkins CI server, operating systems (OS) migration, Docker containerization infrastructure, and Subversion/GIT Repositories, views, and access control strategies; provide hands-on DevOps, Automation, Build Engineering and Configuration Management as needed; monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments are needed and maintain ownership over logs and reports regarding network functionality, maintenance, and repairs; serve as subject matter expert for projects of all sizes and provide business support to ensure successful completion; provide Store Systems Management with regular status updates and provide mentoring on best practices, continuous process improvement, and customer satisfaction initiatives; anticipate network security threats and vulnerabilities and recommend actions to secure the enterprise environment; perform data backups and disaster recovery operations when necessary; evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest level of internet security; install system updates and perform necessary maintenance; administer, install, configure, and migrate operating systems, and troubleshoot boot system issues; support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Multiple positions.Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; Docker or Kubernetes; Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Hbase, Pig, MySQL, or NoSQL; Infrastructure components: GPU's or CPU's; Shell scripting, Bash scripting, or PowerShell; Linux or RedHat administration; Operating system (OS) migration, installation, and configuration; Troubleshooting boot system issues; Administration of RedHat, CentOS Linux systems, and RHEL/CentOS 7; SysV/init boot configuration and RHEL/CentOS 7 system boot management; Ansible, Subversion, Bitbucket, or Apache Tomcat; Testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; and Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization.Pay Range: $120750.00/year to $240000.00/year.This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
