The Manager, Medicare FP&A role will be responsible for financial forecasting and analysis within the Medicare Advantage segment. This role will require strong financial modeling ability, organization, and attention to detail. The Manager will own forecast models, assumptions, and analytics for Medicare Advantage products. They will work cross-functionally with actuarial, accounting, and finance teams to collaborate on building and maintaining forecast models. The role will focus on revenue and medical cost forecasting, allowing for Gross Profit P&L visibility.Activities that this role will oversee include:

- Building and maintaining forecast and budget models for Medicare Advantage products' Gross Profit
- Applying and clearly communicating projection assumptions
- Managing time effectively to balance competing priorities
- Supporting the creation of effective reporting for leadership reviews during quarterly projection cycles
- Analyzing drivers of variances to budgets
- Enhancing processes to incorporate additional financial detail to better support the Medicare business
5 or more years of finance work experiencePreferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of financial modeling experience
- 2 or more years of financial planning & analysis experience
- Medicare experience
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively amid competing priorities
- Experience with Hyperion financial planning system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute. Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
