And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryAs a Manager on the Interoperability Strategic Platforms team, you will work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for managing key components of strategic, innovative solutions for the electronic exchange of clinical data. You will work with business stakeholders, Interoperability Product Owners, IT, Architecture, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that add value to providers and members, as well as to Aetna colleagues.Responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with Interoperability product owners to deliver solutions to emerging business needs
• Developing project plans, tracking milestones, assessing risks
• Process mapping and discovery activities to understand the business workflow and pain points
• Gathering program-related data to support timely, informed decision-making
• Analyzing large data sets to understand opportunity, inform priority, and assess potential value
• Managing stakeholder engagement, communications, and meetingsNOTE: This role can be based anywhere in US.
A successful candidate will:
• Have solid proven experience as a project management professional with experience working in an Agile environment in the healthcare industry, and a background in Data Analysis.
• Demonstrate an ability to be agile, managing multiple priorities at one time, and adapting to change with enthusiasm

• Provide support for business area collaboration to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed
• Provide support for interpreting complex sets of data to identify trends, key insights, and statistically relevant conclusions.
• Capable of working in complex and ambiguous environments where problems must be identified, defined, and solutions developed.
• Ability to quickly grasp business concepts, objectives, and strategies
• Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team in an ambiguous, changing environment.Required Qualifications
• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or health insurance experience
• At least 1 year of Project Management experience
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint/Teams
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external constituents
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in analyzing large data sets
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is required Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $119,340.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
