The Manager - Information Governance and Privacy Office (IGPO) Risk will assist the Lead Director - IGPO Risk in assessing third parties CVS Health has engaged to work with. This role is an individual contributor position, responsible for assisting in the maintenance of, and adherence to the organization's policies and procedures covering Third Party use, access to, and disclosure of competitively sensitive information, protected health information and personally identifiable information (collectively "Confidential Information") in compliance with our best practices and policies, obligations under several regulatory orders and our commitments to clients, customers, and regulators.This individual will help manage, consult, and assess third party privacy assessments to ensure compliance with the commitments we have made to regulators as well as customers and clients with respect to the internal use and disclosure of Confidential Information. These obligations are applicable to CVS Health corporate and all business segments (including but not limited too; Front Store, Retail Pharmacy, PBM Mail, Specialty, Care Plus, Coram, Omnicare, Minute Clinic, SilverScript, Medicare D, Aetna, etc.). This position will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional leaders across the enterprise, including Enterprise Third Party Management, Information Security, AI, Procurement, etc.Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Third Party Privacy Compliance Risk Assessment (Assist in development of plan, plan execution, assessment of risks/findings, development of recommendations, communication of results to leaders, etc. as described above)
  • Third Party Governance Risk Management (Assistance in program implementation, analysis of results and action plans, ensuring compliance with requirements, etc. as described above)
  • Identify process improvements and create streamline efforts for the Third-Party Program
  • Provides ad hoc support to Information Governance and Privacy Operations Leadership, as required.
In order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:
  • Strong ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
  • Must be comfortable with being empowered to make independent decisions that potentially impact business project development and direction.
  • Must be able to prioritize appropriately, and multi-task multiple assessments and projects independently.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • 3+ years of privacy experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare privacy, compliance, or third-party management.
Preferred Qualifications
CISA, CIPP, CIPT, CIPM.Education

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
