The Manager of Forensic Investigation performs eDiscovery and forensic data analysis functions that support CVS Health's legal and compliance efforts. This role manages the collection, processing, analysis, and production of electronic data for litigation and internal investigations, ensuring all practices align with organizational standards and industry best practices. The Manager leads operational and tactical planning for the Forensics & eDiscovery team, drives process improvements, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality investigative outcomes.What you will do:

- Lead eDiscovery initiatives and forensic data analysis for internal investigations and litigation support.
- Forecast changes in the forensic investigation industry, conduct business impact assessments, and drive process improvements
- Analyze complex data sets, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement innovative programs to advance investigative capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data handling and compliance.
5+ years of professional experience.
3+ years of experience in a corporate or legal investigations environment.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a corporate or legal investigations environment.
- Familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity).
- Advanced skills in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Process improvement experience within investigations or compliance functions.
- Relevant professional certifications.

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
