And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Digital UX Designer to Design, deliver, and drive key user experience (UX) and user interface (UX) design activities across multiple CVS web and digital platform environments. Duties include: carry out design responsibilities including journey mapping, design research, wire framing, prototyping, alignment to brand standards and UI guidelines, high-fidelity visual design, data visualization and visual hierarchy; collaborate with team and internal stakeholders to scale CVS digital solutions across multiple platforms and enhance user flows based on comprehensive research and user-centered design processes; lead individual and team design work streams in an effort to solve complex business challenges while being an advocate for users; conduct user research employing usability testing to analyze data and gain insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors; create comprehensive wireframes outlining the structural blueprint of digital interfaces; develop interactive prototypes, utilizing tools to simulate user interactions and experiences; collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication with developers and product managers to ensure alignment between design goals and broader project objectives; iterate on designs systematically based on valuable user feedback; implement changes that address usability issues and enhance the overall user experience; prioritize usability testing to identify areas of improvement in user interaction; and ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards, promoting an inclusive user experience. Multiple positions.Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, Industrial Design, UX/UI Design, Human Computer Interaction or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Also requires two (2) years of experience with each of the following: UX, UI or blended UX/UI design; UX/UI design system and component-based design; Driving and delivering design from initial concepts all the way to hand-off and successful launch; Collaboration with UI/UX design teams to develop wireframes and prototypes based on end user feedback and human centered design; Figma, Sketch, InVision, or other industry-standard design tools; HTML, CSS and other web technologies; Creation of design documentation and communication of design concepts and findings to both internal stakeholders and senior team members; Application of usability and accessibility principles, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines; UI related design including a strong grasp on visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG); and Developing wireframes and final screen designs that adhere to usability metrics; Web and mobile applications development concepts.Pay Range: $94500.00/year to $196000.00/year.This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
