CVS Health is seeking an experienced Manager, Digital Analytics - AI Digital Assistant to drive initiatives focused on transforming enterprise search, streamlining tasks, and enhancing self-service capabilities through Artey, our AI Digital Assistant. In this role, you will harness data analytics to identify actionable insights and serve as a key knowledge contributor, continuously refining and enriching the Artey platform experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics & Insight Generation
- Analyze Artey interaction and feedback data to identify performance trends, knowledge gaps, and opportunities to optimize enterprise search.
- Develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor Artey's effectiveness in streamlining tasks and enhancing self-service.
- Knowledge Management & Content Development
- Function as a knowledge contributor by authoring, editing, and updating knowledge articles to address identified gaps and enhance Artey's overall performance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with CVS Health standards.
- Process Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders to align analytics insights with system enhancements and process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate colleagues on new features, best practices, and content updates derived from analytics findings.
- Document business requirements, workflows, and technical specifications to support the development and implementation of Artey knowledge enhancements.
- Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, analytics, and digital transformation to continually innovate Artey's capabilities.
- Recommend strategic improvements to user experience, task automation, and overall digital assistant performance based on data driven insights.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or similar role.
- 5+ years of experience with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights and measurable outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience with experience producing high-quality documentation and knowledge content. Having good business acumen skills. Able to present data to cross-functional teams and leadership of all levels.
- 5+ years of proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools like (Excel, Tableau, and Microsoft Office 365).
- Must be able to work East Coast Hours.
- Advanced degree or certification in business analytics, data science, or related fields.
- Experience with AI digital assistants, enterprise search technologies, or self-service platforms.
- Proficient level of experience with analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
