- Our Aetna business including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and Individual and Family Plans businesses and/or
- Our newly formed CVS Healthspire Health Care Delivery business unit including our Retail Health, Accountable Care, Home Care (Signify Health), and Primary Care (Oak Street Health, MinuteClinic) businesses
- Leads formulation, preparation and communication of strategic and operational business plans
- Contributes to cross-functional strategic projects executed in partnership with senior leadership
- Leads research associated with business issues and plan formulation, including development of business cases
- Effectively facilitates meetings and strategic workshops, including preparation and driving tangible outcomes
- Stimulates strategic thinking in support of business direction
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably with 3 yearas in consulting, investment banking, healthcare strategy or operations role in an analytical environment
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Experience building and evaluating financial models and quickly developing executive-level presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy
- Ability to identify, structure and solve business problems
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to successfully drive decisions and strategy implementation
- This role may require travel up to 25%
- Background with payor or provider organizations and specifically value-based care

The typical pay range for this role is:$72,360.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
