As the Manager, Client Pricing you will be in control of the management of price guarantee audits and ensure that complete and accurate responses are being provided by the commitment date. You will also independently reviews work for accuracy and reasonability. Formulate and communicates clear written responses.What you will do:
- Analyze the root cause of all identified errors and issues to determine and implement a corrective action plan. Monitor the completion and execution of the corrective action plan.
- Collaborate with functional areas to implement new and revised processes, coding rules, etc. that aligns with the corrective action plan and resolve issue(s) identified with the root cause analysis.
- Communicate with internal departments and external customers to resolve issues identified and reduce repeat of errors identified.
- Develops and communicates new processes, process changes with Client Pricing team/peers.
- Manage Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls - create and deliver report for all applicable controls on or before the due date with completeness and accuracy.

- 5+ years experience supporting Client Pricing Guarantees and Audits
- 2+ years PBM experience
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)
- Adept at problem solving and decision making
- RxClaim knowledge
- Effective communication skills - verbal and written
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience is required

Full timePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
