Plans, designs, and executes testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of PBM Plan designs. Creates test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and conducts various types of testing such as functional, regression, and Certification testing. Collaborates with development teams, analyze test results, and report defects to ensure the delivery of high-quality testing outcome.What you will do

  • Acts as a top-level specialist in client benefit testing, leveraging extensive knowledge and expertise to provide guidance on testing methodologies, strategies, and best practices.
  • Applies highly developed analytical skills and advanced statistical techniques to analyze benefit testing results, identify patterns and trends, and derive actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Adapts testing processes and approaches to align with evolving client benefit requirements and changing industry trends, ensuring effective and efficient testing outcomes.
  • Advises internal stakeholders and client teams on testing strategies, methodologies, and tools, offering insights and recommendations to enhance the testing process and improve overall client benefit delivery.
  • Approves client benefit test plans, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements, adhere to company policies, and align with client needs and expectations.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute testing activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Checks and verifies the accuracy and completeness of client benefit testing results, conducting thorough reviews and analyses to ensure reliable and valid outcomes.
  • Coaches and mentors team members involved in client benefit testing, providing guidance, support, and feedback to enhance their skills, knowledge, and overall performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 + years of work experience in PBM industry
  • 2 + years of experience working in Tableau/Power BI
  • 2 + years of strong data analytical skills to create visual representations and metrics for leadership

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
