Manager, Client Audit

As a Client Audit Manager (Individual Contributor), you will be in a client facing project management position that is responsible for coordinating, managing and assisting with commercial Client Initiated Audits as assigned. In this position, you will work closely with various third party consultants and auditors, Client Account Teams, Benefits, Legal, Trade as well as other internal areas to ensure the completion of client requested audits with consistency and minimal disruption to the business. You will be responsible for the timely and satisfactory resolution of exceptions identified during the audit process. This position is also expected to identify process enhancement opportunities to reduce or eliminate risk of future client audit exceptions.
Required Qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience in project management, PBM, pharmacy and/or audit role.
- One of more years of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience in a professional or academic setting.
- Previous customer service/client facing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and deal with a dynamic environment and effectively manage projects from initiation to conclusion within a deadline.
- Three or more years relevant experience in one of the following areas:
- Compliance
- Risk Management

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
