Design/Maintain/Run systems to report sales, track results, and summarize activities. Implement processes to reach potential customers (including conference attendance strategy and approvals in addition to cross-industry lead generation) and identify strategic issues and opportunities. Deliver research and outreach initiatives, perform Sales Support tasks. Manage the business unit Salesforce org (100 users).

What you will do
  • Establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Business Development and Sales Operations initiatives.
  • Forecast changes within Business Development Sales and Sales Operations, conduct business impact assessments, and develop modification strategies with the aid of process improvement methodologies.
  • Construct sales and pipeline reports to update senior leadership.
  • Establish the measuring and monitoring of the impact of sales and outreach materials and activities on customer response and engagement.
  • Develop complex industry research initiatives to ensure account targeting accuracy and alignment of capabilities and resources with industry expectations.
  • Determine strategic opportunities to leverage competitive advantage and accelerate sales.
  • Lead Conference attendance strategy initiatives and apply for internal approvals for conference participation/attendance.
  • Manage/Maintain the Salesforce instance for the business unit.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in using a business management tool, CRM, or project management software (i.e. Salesforce, Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.)
  • Proven track record of ability to execute and deliver on business initiatives
  • 3+ years' experience in delivering reports to leadership-level personnel
  • 3+ years' experience in business strategy collaboration, lead generation, sales, or revenue-generating activities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Contracting Experience (drafting/negotiations)
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience in business-to-business sales or sales operations
  • Specialized training in Salesforce administration or development
  • Experience in sales management or business management
  • Experience in business-level Finance or Accounting
  • Experience in Business Operations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required ; master's degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
