The Manager, Business Consulting for Medicare Stars Member Experience will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives within the Medicare Advantage program.   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, IT developers, designers, writers, subject matter experts, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain digital solutions, including but not limited to website landing pages, videos, email/SMS, and AI chat bots.
  • Leverage strong technical skills to develop and manage multiple concurrent, time-bound member experience projects.
  • Use technical tools to automate and/or complete processes efficiently as appropriate.
  • Foster an innovative mindset with a strong conviction for member obsession.
  • Maintain strong relationships through stakeholder management and high impact communication skills.
  • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including workflows to ensure end to end traceability is maintained.
  • Demonstrate ability to map member journeys, to support development of value propositions and business cases.
  • Explore new tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve digital solutions and drive innovation within key stakeholders.
  • Keep well-informed of technology advances across lines of business or externally, with enthusiasm to apply the innovations for Medicare members.
  • Review member experience trends and present recommendations to enhance digital experiences.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of member experience initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with the healthcare industry, particularly Medicare Advantage or other healthcare insurance plans
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working on digital solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable independently leading and completing tasks
  • Exceptional project management skills, with ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong background in managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery
  • Prior experience in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders across the spectrum
  • Experience with complex systems and solving challenging analytical problems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Adobe Experience tools, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in rules-based software system engines, like IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
  • Experience working in email and website landing page template builders, like Stensul
  • Experience working with video builder platforms, like SundaySky

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
