Responsible for providing analytical support for a department consisting of Meritain Health's Renewal Plan Build, Renewal and Reporting, Eligibility, and COBRA organizations. Function as the Product Owner of a Meritain Agile team. Primary Product Owner responsibilities include, but are not limited to, delivering outcomes supporting the product strategy, defining the highest value work at the Team level, directing the development team to the most important work in backlog, reporting the team's capabilities to stakeholders, responding to development team questions about story and backlog items, and facilitating outreach/discussion with outside parties in order to make forward progress timely and efficiently.Fundamental Components:

- Elicits and defines requirements from stakeholders
- Works with the development team to define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritizes backlog based on business value to ensure that the most valuable functionality is developed and delivered first
- Available to the Agile team to answer questions and provide guidance
- Provides feedback during reviews
- Creates and executes specific deliverables for business-sponsored projects, initiatives and activities for the department
- Creates tools, gathers data, conducts analysis, and defines success and measurement criteria across the department
- Coordinates within and across departments to identify, track, report, and drive efficiency opportunities in support of business goals and initiatives
- Partner across business functions to proactively resolve issues
- Team and department level performance optimization
- Understands intent/end state and operates with minimal guidance to meet that intent/end state

- 3+ years of analytical skills for interpreting healthcare data, stakeholder and business requirements, and regulatory requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in any of the following areas: eligibility/COBRA/claims processing, process improvement, or project management.
- 3+ years of experience with cross-functional large-scale initiatives with high degree of complexity.
- Ability to successfully interact with members across business units and with external clients.
- Ability to communicate comfortably, effectively, and succinctly with a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.
- 3+ years of experience working with eligibility
- Understands intent/end state and operates with minimal guidance to meet that intent/end state.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Team player, while maintaining the ability to operate independently as needed.

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
