Manager, Business Consultant - Medicaid Member Call Center

Supports the Member Services pods/health plans with managing/updating the policies and procedures, managing desktop updates, new hire training, quality data support, managing efficiencies for the Member Services teams, as well as management of tools, etc. Ensure compliance with state mandated processes and procedures by maintaining contractual oversight of internal and external requirements. Oversight of activities for new health plan implementations, expansions and migrations for the Member Services department. This includes participation in kickoff meetings as well as the development, management and maintenance of the standard operating procedures, etc. for training of new staff. Collaborates with external vendors, external consultants, consulting team members and/or matrixed staff as required in support of initiatives. Accountable for transferring knowledge, best practices (external and internal), methodology and tools to our teams. Participates as a team member, may be responsible for concurrent initiatives or act as team lead for complex projects based on resource requirements.Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Medicaid to include experience with the Member Call Centers
Experience with moderate scale initiatives with a moderate to high degree of complexity.
5+ years-experience with one or more of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, leadership, and/or risk management consulting.
Building and managing applications in Quickbase
Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project management/consulting, financial strategic planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, risk management.
Demonstrated superior business process, project management and organizational redesign experience.
Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations.
Operational experience in a relevant discipline.
Excellent platform skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
