The Business Consultant Manager, reporting to the Director of Provider Strategy, plays a key role in simplifying complex concepts and influencing through data storytelling design of visual presentations. - Manage and organize all JOC-related materials, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
- Create, review, and refine data-driven slides and presentations for executive and operational meetings.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and distribution of materials, maintaining version control and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, simplifying the communication of value, and crafting messages that resonate with operational committees.
- Responsible for material management and presentation support for colleagues.
- Identify and implement process improvements for material organization and data presentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and presentations for key meetings and initiatives.
- Track and report on key metrics related to material usage, presentation effectiveness, and team performance.
- Partners with business owners to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives, to include profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness.
- Support ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in material management, data presentation, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional projects. - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), document management systems and Quickbase.
- Experience with moderate scale initiatives with moderate degree of complexity.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.
- Project management experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Data Management, or related field Master's degree preferred, but not required or equivalent experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
