Manager- Asset Protection Analytics (SQL)

The Manager for Asset Protection analytics will be responsible for analytics processing and data operations support for existing Asset Protection strategies. This role will also partner with AP enterprise analytics data science resources to design new solutions and develop solution enhancements. This includes but is not limited to support and development of field and treatment plan owner facing dashboards and applications, requested treatment plan value estimations, treatment plan measurements and score-carding. This tasking may sometimes include the design and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and SQL optimization in support of new or enhanced solutions .This role will support the Asset Protection organization at large. The ideal candidate should be intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in learning. The candidate should be a self-motivated individual accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel.
This position contributes hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python and Tableau. This position also manages the translation of programmatic data requirements from the business into solutions. These responsibilities require technical leadership, cross-functional capability, and active influence with interpreting and communicating the analytical story.Required Qualifications:Knowledge of:
10% Travel to corporate headquarters in Rhode Island
5+ years' of related work experience preferably in Asset Protection/SQL
3+ years' manipulating large data sets to support planned analyses, using SQL, python, and similar tools
Degree related to data analytics, finance, mathematics, or other data related fields preferredSkill In:
Tableau, SQL Relational Database Modeling, Python,Preferred Qualifications
Git & Standard AP Applications i.e. Case Management, Store Visit & Exception Based Reporting Tools
Snowflake experienceEducation
Bachelors degree or equivalent demonstrable experience required. Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
