- Consistently exceeds performance expectations of all Client Advocate I and Client Advocate II responsibilities in addition to:
- Participates in assigned projects to support business strategy
- Serves as an ambassador for Meritain with knowledge of its products and services, finding solutions which contribute to a client's long-term strategies.
- Mentors staff and provides leadership support.
- Identifies gaps and solutions based on a broad view and understanding of the organization and downstream effects.
- Proactively partners with other operational departments on trends and implements solutions.

- Develop and maintain the quality of documentation housed on the CA LEAP site.

- 5+ years of healthcare experience
- Operational trend & data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Full timePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
