Responsible for organizing and directing healthcare professionals' licensure based on current internal licensure processes and workflows. Assist professionals with licensure renewals and practitioner's multi-state licensure application process. As a subject matter expert, provide proficient guidance in licensure and be able to answer questions from healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications
High level of computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams. Be able to navigate and research internet resources, especially the various state regulatory boards' websites. Comfortable with working in database applications and systems.
Responsible to maintain each practitioner's privacy and for the appropriate management of the practitioner's personally identifiable information (PII) that is required to meet application requirements.
Interpret various licensing agencies' instructions and guidelines, analyze data, think critically in determining next steps, and identify red flags or barriers to the licensure process.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work one-on-one with individual colleagues, also having the capability to facilitate in-person and/or remote training
Travel may be necessary.
Good written and oral communication skills are required.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively, adapt quickly to change and new information, and manage workload independently with minimal supervision. Maintain composure under high pressure and deal effectively with competing demands. Collaboration with cross-functional teams on various projects is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in medical professional licensure or credentialing.
Education
High school diploma plus 5-8 years' experience in business or healthcare setting OR Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years' experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$16.00 - $23.56This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
