Lead - Sr Salesforce Administrator

CVS Health is looking for an experienced Lead - Sr Salesforce Administrator to design and configure platform solutions. As a Lead - Sr Salesforce Administrator, you will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our growing Salesforce team to help them thrive while ensuring best practices. This role is a trusted advisor on all things Salesforce. They are a vital bridge between business and technology and will span our various product domains supporting Salesforce initiatives.
This role has been opened as a Remote position but could be hybrid depending on proximity to a regional office. Under 10% travel may be required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 3500+ users
- Work with partners and architects to identify solutions on the Salesforce platform in order to address business requirements ensuring a scalable solution
- Work with Salesforce team to help solution business challenges with declarative configuration changes / declarative development
- Help act as gatekeeper for what should be solutioned with declarative configurations vs. programmatic code changes in line with Salesforce's guiding principals.
- Able to partner with product counter-parts and non-technical business leaders to translate their needs into a solution
- Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new business requests.
- Improvement of the data quality in the Salesforce org with regards to the end-to-end processes in the entire company
- Evaluates internal processes and design solutions to improve operational efficiencies.
- Works with 3rd-party vendors to implement new systems and product features.
- Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- Ensure solutions are scalable and in-line with best practices
- Execute configuration changes.
- Perform new release evaluations & executes new functionality rollouts.
- Perform mass data imports using the API or import tools as requested.
- Manage and implement customization requests, including creating process builders, workflows, flows, alerts, automated email responses, etc.
- Work with developers to refactor existing code and translate to process builder / flows, declarative automation
- Maintain updated system documentation and related SFDC policies and procedures
- Ensure solutions align with SFDC best practices and are aligned with overall guiding principles
- This Lead - Sr Salesforce Admin will help lead direction of declarative solutions for all initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce.com Admin (ADM-201) certified
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Understanding of the SDLC process leveraging DevOps tools like Copado / Gearset / Flosum
- Experienced with Service Cloud and Omni Channel, telephony CTI integrations
- Experienced in implementing Contact Centers on Salesforce using tools like NiCE CXone / Five9
- Able to demonstrate proven core Salesforce System Admin skills and knowledge, including user management, workflows/rules, page and custom object config, Site and Community config
- Experience working with other Salesforce Administrators, Salesforce Developers, Salesforce and Enterprise Architects and Salesforce Partners
- Experienced in designing and configuring outbound auto dialer campaigns and complex inbound routing based on various criteria of caller / entitlements
- Experienced in implementing and running installed packages and/or connected apps
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and building custom page layouts per profile
- Experienced working on SCRUM teams in an Agile environment and with Agile tooling like Jira
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Full timePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$83,430.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
