Lead Solution Architect

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in legacy systems, modern cloud technologies, and emerging AI capabilities to help design and guide scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years in IT architecture or solution design roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in the healthcare payer industry, including familiarity with claims processing, eligibility, and provider systems.
  • Strong mainframe experience, including integration with modern platforms.
  • Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.

• Technical Skills:
  • Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
  • API design and integration
  • Data architecture and governance
  • DevOps and CI/CD practices
  • Security and compliance in healthcare IT

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture aligned with strategic goals.
• Design and document end-to-end solutions that integrate legacy systems with modern platforms.
• Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend AI and cloud-based tools to enhance business capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.

• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare data standards
• Experience with Low Code/No Code and Rules Framework tools
• Experience with Appian Vendor platform
• Experience with ETL Tools such as Ab Initio

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience.
