The team leader will provide direction and support for their team in addition to handling day to tasks related to the maintenance of our building.Monday-Friday 5PM - 1AM• Full-time position

As the Maintenance Group Leader, you will:
- Work closely with the Facilities Services Manager to monitor the day-to-day operations and performance of the department.
- Communicate deviations from expected outcomes to the Facilities Services Manager and other leadership as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment including conveyor system, dock equipment, etc.
- Handle radio calls, emergencies and customer requests
- Change batteries on fork trucks and battery repairs, as needed
- Help with housekeeping type tasks, as needed
- Work with fire system on inspections and equipment testing
- Support closing of the facility

- Proven ability to lead
- Must obtain license to operate powered equipment within 90 days (We will train you)
- Use a variety of hand and powered tools
- Must pass a D.E.A. background check
- Work overtime based on facility needs

• Frequent walking, standing, pulling and climbing.
• Can climb heights of 50 ft

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
