Partners with business Units to develop and implement vendor strategy and solutions, including, upcoming RFPs, Compliance Issues/Updates, Diverse Vendor spend requirements, vendor reporting, Vendor Performance, expiring contracts and vendor spend. Leads State RFP Support and documentation as it pertains to vendors. Drives solutions to vendor compliance/performance issues

Leads Vendor Implementations for new business units or business unit expansions. Partners with Compliance Officer to ensure State Requirements are met as they relate to vendors. Leads implementation programs for certain initiatives. Provides potential vendor solutions to business units interested in increasing their capacity to better serve its members. Partners with Operations and Vendor Management Oversight to ensure Vendors are monitored and managed to meet or exceed Plans' expectationsRequired Qualifications
Experience in Vendor Management, Medicaid and/or Procurement
5+ years experience leading increasingly complex projects with no or minimal direction from leadership
5+ years setting or implementing business strategiesPreferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced collaboration skills (external and internal to team)

The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
