This role involves the development of automated reporting for Aetna plan sponsors and members to highlight the effectiveness of Aetna clinical programs in terms of outreach, engagement, and patient outcomes. Utilizing a variety of data sources, including Aetna's claims data warehouse and provider partners, the Lead Director will analyze the underlying drivers of plan sponsors' medical cost trends. In this highly visible role, you will present your analysis to Sales teams, Account Management teams, and Senior Leaders.Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic initiatives projects and programs, including scoping, business case development, strategic planning, resource coordination, project plan development.
- Identify and set up reporting requirements using data analytics and project management tools through implementation, including financial implications while prioritizing work, resources, and time.
- Ensure the end state of the project and/or business operations meet business objectives and that all deliverables and due dates are met.
- Collaborate with the Commercial sales and account management teams by presenting analysis and recommendations to meet business needs.
- Manage relationships across segments or multiple functional areas through a highly collaborative process.
- Develop automated reporting for Commercial plan sponsors to highlight the effectiveness of clinical programs.
- Analyze underlying drivers of plan sponsors' medical cost trends using Aetna data warehouse.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on strategic initiatives in a commercial business setting.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and programs from inception to completion with successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience translating technical concepts/analytics into presentations with data visualization software (e.g.,Tableau, PowerPoint) and presenting to and communicating with senior leaders
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking with the ability to identify gaps in processes and develop solutions.
- Excellent influencing skills to ensure stakeholder engagement and focus on key program/project milestones.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present analyses and recommendations to diverse teams.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to manage relationships across multiple functional areas.
- Drive organizational change to achieve program/project objectives and improve systems, quality, and services (e.g., policies, processes, and systems).
- Identify gaps in processes and challenge self and others to develop and implement solutions.
- Maintain ultimate accountability for project management tasks including planning, project governance, implementation, and risk mitigation planning.
- Ability to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes effectively.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; master's degree preferred.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
