- Lead and manage a team focused on professional growth and learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology departments to identify learning needs and develop customized training programs.
- Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Serve as a thought leader in professional development, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance leadership and professional skills.
- Manage budgets and resources for learning and development initiatives, as needed.
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within learning and development or organizational development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to assess learning needs and develop effective training programs.
- Experience as a people manager with direct reports
- Experience managing teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in coaching, training, or instructional design.
- Experience in the technology sector or with technology-related learning initiatives.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 4 additional years of relevant work experience will be accepted in lieu of a Degree.
- Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
