Lead Director Network Platform Solutions

We are recruiting to fill a critical leadership position on the Network Platform Solutions team. The role will have responsibility for identifying, understanding, and implementing Duals requirements across Network platforms. The leader will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs, develop a strategic roadmap, and implement solutions that position the organization for success by working in collaboration with network platform leads. This role will be required to draw on agile and other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure delivery of scalable solutions that drive material impact to our operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership by serving as the business owner for duals capabilities across network platforms technology assets owning the technology strategy to advance duals processes and capabilities within Network; Examples include ensuring data standards are synchronized across Medicaid and Medicare platforms, ensuring duals workflows are support across systems, ensuring duals requirements are factored into platform solutions and roadmap planning
- Ensure operational excellence through adherence to SLAs and Key Performance Indicators are met, mange ad-hoc requests, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate an ability to lead through influence and foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, collaboration, and be able to negotiate to balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Ensure project delivery rigor to implement new platform capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and continuously improve processes and capabilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and integrate new technologies to drive innovation and value for the business
- Provide cross functional leadership by working with IT, business, and other stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of new capabilities while also collaborating with peers to ensure alignment across the broader platform strategies and capabilities.
- Provide change management rigor to ensure smooth transitions for end users while implementing new capabilities and workflow enhancements.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute roadmaps against business priorities using strategic planning and management methodologies such as OKRs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy and delivery leadership roles
- 5+ years of Medicare/Medicaid and/or Duals experience
- Proven success navigating large scale cross functional initiatives with technological components, preferably in the duals space
- Experience identifying requirements and assessing potential impact, and creating multi-phased roadmaps
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Experience or familiarity with duals products and concepts
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
