Approves the sales operations strategy and ensures that it is aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
Analyzes market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and drive sales performance.

Establishes metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to monitor sales performance by tracking sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Develops and implements sales training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of sales team members.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and IT, to streamline sales processes and ensure sales initiatives align with product strategies.
Evaluates, implements, and manages sales technology platforms and tools, sales analytics software, and sales enablement platforms that provide support for sales teams.
Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure the delivery of exceptional services and continuously improve departmental capabilities as team growth requires additional people leaders.
Oversees ongoing training to ensure all team members are fully versed and compliant within their respective roles.

Attends Broker events, team events and industry events as needed

Other duties that support succession planning for Executive Director, Sales position.

Required Qualifications
5+ years' experience in Medicare Supplement or Medicare Advantage Sales or Sales Operations

Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
Mastery of growth mindset skillsPreferred Qualifications
Ancillary product experience

Demonstrated leadership experience

Excellent written and verbal communicationEducation
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experiencePay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
