- 10 + years of experience required in devising an enterprise-wide information security strategy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
- 10 + years of experience required in overseeing and managing the information security team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to drive effective security operations and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Advises cross-functional teams, such as IT, operations, legal, and compliance, to help establish and enforce information security standards, protocols, and controls.
- Conducts advanced risk assessments and vulnerability assessments, identifying and prioritizing information security risks and implementing appropriate controls and countermeasures.
- Directs team to monitor and analyze security logs, alerts, and incidents, respond promptly to security incidents, and coordinate incident response activities.
- Facilitates information security awareness training and education programs, promoting a culture of security consciousness and ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to protect information assets.
- Develops and maintains information security policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Consults with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies on complex projects to address information security requirements, participate in audits and assessments, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Stays updated on emerging information security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, incorporating relevant knowledge into security strategies and driving continuous improvement.

The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
