We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Rebates to help lead our rebate financial planning and analysis efforts. This role will be critical in driving financial performance, optimizing rebate programs, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making at the executive level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and exceptional analytical skills within a dynamic business environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the rebate financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial forecasts, budgets, accrual, and variance analyses related to rebate programs.
- Analyze rebate program performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to optimize profitability and drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support rebate program evaluations and scenario analyses.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth..

- 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven track record of leading FP&A functions and driving financial performance in a corporate environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldThis is a hybrid role at any of our hubsPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
