You will guide the formulation, implementation, and milestone tracking for product plans. Applies advanced knowledge of product development to drive new product initiatives and enhancements.Fundamental Job Components

• Work to achieve operational, functional, and business targets with measurable impact on progress against goals for the Product Management and Development area.
• Contribute to the development of complex strategies that encompass the organization's goals and position by utilizing project management tools, data analyses, and stakeholder feedback.
• Devise effective product offerings for customers to meet organizational goals.
• Develop methods for business needs analysis to establish requirements and specifications for processes and systems to support product initiatives.
• Evaluate internal and external market influences and competition for products to inform strategic decision making and product performance monitoring.
• Inspect, monitors, and reports key financial performance indicators for the product portfolio.
• Guide junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes and provides functional (matrix) supervision.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with specific government program such as Medicaid and Duals and related regulations
• Understanding of health plan product coverage, benefit concepts, market trends, and regulatory requirements (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Experience in launching and/or managing large-scale products or programs, ideally utilizing agile methodologies

Education

• Bachelor's degree or Healthcare Administration, clinical discipline or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
