Lead Director, Business Consulting

And we do it all with heart, each and every day.The Lead Director, Business Consulting will instruct organizational strategy for products, standards, infrastructure, and availability to support membership goals. You will guide the formulation, implementation, and milestone tracking for product plans. Applies advanced knowledge of product development to drive new product initiatives and enhancements.Fundamental Job Components
- Work to achieve operational, functional, and business targets with measurable impact on progress against goals for the Product Management and Development area.
- Contribute to the development of complex strategies that encompass the organization's goals and position by utilizing project management tools, data analyses, and stakeholder feedback.
- Devise effective product offerings for customers to meet organizational goals.
- Develop methods for business needs analysis to establish requirements and specifications for processes and systems to support product initiatives.
- Evaluate internal and external market influences and competition for products to inform strategic decision making and product performance monitoring.
- Inspect, monitors, and reports key financial performance indicators for the product portfolio.
- Guide junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes and provides functional (matrix) supervision.
- 5+ years experience with specific government program such as Medicaid and Duals and related regulations
- Understanding of health plan product coverage, benefit concepts, market trends, and regulatory requirements (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Experience in launching and/or managing large-scale products or programs, ideally utilizing agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree or Healthcare Administration, clinical discipline or equivalent work experience
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
