Designs and develops IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.

What you will do
  • Evaluates new technologies, frameworks, and tools to determine their suitability for the organization's architectural needs.
  • Contributes to the development and enforcement of architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Contributes to the development of reusable architectural components, frameworks, or reference architectures by identifying opportunities for improving architectural processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and develop architectural solutions that align with business requirements, technical specifications, and architectural principles.
  • Creates and maintains architectural documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents.
  • Reviews and ensures that architectural solutions comply with governance frameworks, security requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather architectural requirements, providing technical insights to ensure strict alignment between architectural solutions and business objectives.
  • Provides technical expertise and guidance to development teams, architects, and stakeholders by helping drive technical decisions, resolving architectural challenges, and ensuring the quality and integrity of architectural solutions.
  • Architect and develop solutions for highly scalable, highly available systems
  • Provide architecture services for highly integrated and high performing AEM solutions
  • Responsible for creation and integration of solution using AEM
  • Translate complex functional, technical and business requirements into architectural designs using industry best practices and owns the solution blue-print
  • Experience in fast paced Team environment doing Design, Development, Administration, and troubleshooting in AEM.
  • Be a subject mater expert by identifying technology trends and platforms (including web and mobile apps) and collaborate with other team members to make recommendations based on the needs.
  • Lead and Involve in Planning and estimations of Adobe projects across all tracks viz- Frontend, Middleware, Backend, Env setup & planning etc.
  • Preference to experience with implementing Gen AI within Martech Space.
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members by sharing their knowledge and expertise, helping develop the skills of team members, and supporting their professional growth.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Expertise in AEM capabilities including Multi-site manager and the use of Online marketing components such as advanced targeting/personalization, and multi-variate testing, is preferred
  • Experience on one or more other Adobe marketing cloud products like Tag Manager, Target, Analytics, AEM Forms, Adobe Communities,
  • Strong hand on experience of Components, Templates, Taxonomy, metadata management, Forward and Reverse Replication, Workflows, Content Publishing and unpublishing, Tagging, Deployment and Content migration/ planning.
  • For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
  • 7-10 years work in Content Management Space
  • 3-5 years with Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe Products
  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Adept at business intelligence

  • Hand-on experience implementing solutions using Gen AI
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prefer Master degree in Computer Science
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
