We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP BASIS Director to lead our SAP BASIS and Security teams, managing the technical infrastructure of our SAP systems while ensuring the security and compliance of our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BASIS administration, security management, and excellent leadership skills. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our SAP systems while aligning with the organization's business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- SAP System Administration:Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of the SAP landscape, including monitoring, troubleshooting, backups, and disaster recovery. This also involves coordinating with infrastructure teams.
- SAP Security:Develop and implement security solutions, design and maintain security roles and authorizations, manage user access and role assignments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security policies.
- SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance):Support risk management, vulnerability management, and control effectiveness within SAP systems, establish a security risk and compliance management framework, work with internal & external audit, perform Segregation of Duties analysis, and manage vulnerability remediation.
- Technical Leadership and Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of SAP Basis and Security professionals, setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and facilitating development.
- Strategic Planning and Collaboration:Provide technical governance, evolve best practices, collaborate with other IT leaders, build relationships with stakeholders, and stay current on SAP technologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, system landscapes, and BASIS administration tools.
- Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and cloud-based SAP solutions is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing complex SAP projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in SAP security management, audits, including vulnerability assessment and compliance resolution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
