And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary:The Inventory Planning Manager is accountable for managing inventory demand and supply components for a group of retail products to ensure Store and DC service levels. In this role, you will execute business plans to achieve enterprise supply chain goals including sales, margin, in-stock, turn, fill rate, customer satisfaction and GMROII. You will be working collaboratively with cross- functional, internal, and external partners to deliver results and ensure outcomes.Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain promotional, seasonal and event forecasts with the goal of forecast improvement, accounting for market intelligence for an assigned assortment of Healthcare categories.• Work collaboratively with merchants, vendors, and other parts of the business to ensure that key factors influencing supply and demand are understood and accounted for in the forecast• Maintain inventory and purchase plans using Blue Yonder Fulfill and Order Optimization modules, and maintain open order accuracy• Be an engaged primary point of contact for internal and external partners to solve for stock-out occurrences, supplier constraints, and ad hoc opportunities within assigned span of control.• Partner with Finance, Logistics & Transportation organization to identify supply chain and financial opportunities• Represent project standards by attending and facilitating meetings to prioritize inventory requirements across the organization• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and DC teams to enable on time and in-full delivery of purchase orders • Join forces by partnering effectively with Merchandising, Logistics, and other applicable departments to achieve business goals and support our customers.Required Qualifications:3+ years of retail industry experience in forecasting and/or supply planning in retail, ecommerce, or CPGPreferred Qualifications: Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment• Mastery of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge• Experience using quantitative technical tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, ThoughtSpot, Oracle) a plus• Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to calculate and analyze key forecasting metrics • Business/financial acumen and supply chain knowledge• Communication and influencing skills • Good judgment and decision-making ability• Motivated self-starter that displays intellectual curiosityEducation:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
