International Privacy Senior Manager

The International Privacy Senior Manager supports the continued development of our enterprise privacy program to ensure we address our privacy obligations, particularly those related to international privacy laws. This individual will be responsible for engaging cross-functional leaders across the enterprise to review business operations, identify privacy risks and gaps, update and maintain records, and manage communications with internal business partners and external customers/members.This person should be knowledgeable about consumer privacy and data protection, especially international privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and familiar with the flow of information throughout the data lifecycle. This individual will drive communications with our business partners and support the development and maintenance of documentation necessary for compliance with applicable laws.This person will serve as a privacy subject matter resource for business teams and will respond to the businesses' privacy inquiries or escalate questions/risks to the appropriate teams, as necessary. This individual will assist in the development of privacy operations processes, including help with implementing new technologies and automation.Responsibilities for the International Privacy Manager include but are not limited to:

- Coordinating with business partners and driving privacy assessments.
- Supporting the development and ongoing updates of key privacy program documentation and processes (e.g., records of processing activities, privacy policies and procedures, privacy impact assessments).
- Responding to and facilitating the completion of data subject requests and other privacy inquiries.
- Supporting ad hoc projects.
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
-Must be able to prioritize appropriately, and multi-task on high priority and high impact projects.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in privacy law and/or compliance or related area.
2+ years of experience working with international and U.S. privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to EU/UK GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, CCPA/CPRA.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of US healthcare industry, including health plans and insurance.Education
Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of related experience.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
