  • Leverage programming skills/knowledge to design and implement complex features, optimize performance, and ensure code efficiency
  • Assist in analyzing complex systems, identifying issues, and developing solutions to improve application performance and efficiency
  • Explore new tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve digital solutions and drive innovation within the development team
  • Leverages expertise to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Contributes to solution design and architecture discussions, collaborating with architects and senior engineers.

  • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them improve their technical skills and grow professionally.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and Agile methodologies to streamline workflows, enhance team collaboration, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
  • This position is fully remote and candidates may reside anywhere in the continental United States however, selected candidate will need to be able to work a schedule based on the Eastern Time Zone.
  • 2-3 years' work/school project experience

  • Java/Springboot coding experience
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g GitHub Copilot, Google Gemini, etc;) to enhance coding efficiency, improve code quality
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification/equivalent experience
