- Collaborate with the Claims Team and CVS businesses to identify opportunities for property claims recovery when damage occurs to CVS Health property or property under CVS control.
- Investigate and pursue recovery efforts, ensuring the prompt receipt and accurate coding of all repairs and invoices, while documenting efforts in the property claims management system according to standard operating procedures.
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters, landlords, or responsible parties as needed to equitably settle claims and recover expenses.
- Review and respond to estoppel requests.
- In the event of catastrophic loss, collaborate with the property claims manager to investigate and assess the extent of losses and expenses incurred to maximize recovery from CVS insurance carriers.
- Undertake special projects and assignments to support the functions of the Property Claims group

- 2+ years previous claims handling experience within auto/property liability industries.
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, accurately and tactfully, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to review leases and contracts.
- Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently which requires excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Experience handling property loss and subrogation claims for a large insurance carrier or large company.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
