Job Description
Works with internal staff across multiple departments to identify data sources, processes and activities required to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements or meet the objectives of the QM program. Conducts outreach with complex provider partners to share information to
improve health outcomes. Oversees performance improvement projects.
This is remote, work from home role anywhere in the continental US.
Required Qualifications
- Active unrestricted RN licensure in the state the candidate resides
-5+ years clinical and/or managed care experience in the healthcare industry or quality management.
-Experience with Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs), HEDIS, reporting and analytics, policies and procedures, state and federal regulations and vendor oversight for member outreach.

-Hours are M-F, 8am - 5pm, with some flexibility depending on location in the US.
