The Health Benefits Representative supports client retention by providing issue resolution and information to existing accounts throughout the life of the account. They will work independently to solve problems and resolve issues for existing business. This is a customer facing position and will require building strong relationships with plan sponsors and members.Key Responsibilities

- Handling member inquiries including customer service issues, benefits, and policy administration.
- Responding to customers' requests for claim resolution, plan design changes, and benefit questions and clarifications.
- This is a hybrid office position in Fort Meyers or Plantation Florida that will require travel to multiple plan sponsor locations across Lee County to conduct open enrollment meetings, new hire orientations, in-person concierge customer service and issue resolution, participate in employee health fairs, as well as community and plan sponsor events.
- 1-2 years of experience in the health insurance industry.
- Must be comfortable traveling to assigned worksites within Lee County while following health and safety measures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Florida Health, Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License, as required by state law (May be obtained in 120 days of hire date).
- Knowledge and experience in managed care and/or sales such as: product/process/systems knowledge, account management, healthcare RFPs, and knowledge of administrative operations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Presentation skills with the ability to modify communication delivery based on audience.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
- Associates degree.
- High School diploma or G.E.D.

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
